Definitely flavored!

I agree with the review left by Monica. It is very nice. The coke flavor is very pronounced, but the rum flavor is a little off. You can definitely taste the notes of rum flavor unlike other "alcohol" lip balms I've tried. It is also very sweet. I am not usually a huge fan of coke to begin with so I passed this one to my boyfriend and he loves it.

This is so nice!! Usually alcohol balms are too strong for me, but this one is not. The Coke is more pronounced than anything. It’s actually stronger than the famous Lip Smacker’s Coke lip balm.

I took off a star bc the rum isn’t truly authentic. It’s basically the artificial rum extract you get in the spice aisle with the flavorings. That tends to have more of a bubblegum/cotton candy/butterscotch type of vibe going. Idk how exactly to explain it, but it smells more so “sweet” and innocent, than powerful like real rum. It’s probably a hard flavor to replicate in a balm. However, it’s still really good and a delight to use 😃.
