Refund policy
We gladly accept cancellations. If you would like to cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please contact us to request a cancellation prior to the order shipping. Once an order has shipped, we can no longer accept a cancellation.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of opened product. However, we stand behind our products and customer satisfaction is a huge priority for us. If you have any problems with your order or are unhappy in any way, please contact us and we will work to ensure your satisfaction.
For returns or exchanges of unopened product, item must be in new, undamaged condition with all safety seals still in place. Unopened product returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
We are not responsible for orders misdelivered by the carrier. You will need to open a case using the carrier's website.
