SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders are shipped out within 2-3 business days of your purchase (but we strive for sooner!). Because most of our orders ship out using USPS, orders won't go out on US mail holidays. Please review our expedited shipping options or contact us if you need your order sooner.

CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS
We love custom and personalized orders and can create a custom order for you upon request. This includes custom flavors, labels and special pricing for larger orders.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Please keep all products stored in a cool, dry area, away from direct sunlight if not going to be used immediately. We do not use preservatives for the flavors and fragrances and warm conditions may alter them. Please note that we are not responsible for lip balms damaged by heat during shipping. We offer varied shipping options to prevent your order from being damaged by heat in transit - just email us at service@delightnaturals.com for more information.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
We gladly accept cancellations. If you would like to cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please contact us to request a cancellation prior to the order shipping. Once an order has shipped, we can no longer accept a cancellation. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Due to health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of opened product. Unopened product can be returned to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund (shipping costs do not apply). If you have any other issues, please contact us at service@delightnaturals.com.

ALLERGY INFORMATION
Our primary ingredients are disclosed on all of our products. Flavor and essential oils do contain real food and plant additives that may include natural vanilla, tree nuts, dairy or soy. Fragrance oils comply with the IFRA guidelines for safe use. If you have an allergic reaction to any of our products, discontinue use and consult a physician right away. If you would like us to review a product due to an allergic reaction, you may return within 30 days of purchase to:

If your order includes an incorrect item or is missing an item, simply let us know at service@delightnaturals.com. We will work with you to fix things as quickly as possible!
